I don't completely agree with everything you said I custom build sks's and mine runs 20 round DBL Tapco mags put a polymer stock on it custom gas tube and I have no problems with it there's a modification you can do to the bolt that allows you to insert a magazine with a bolt open or closed and I would challenge anyone with 10-round strip clips to load as fast as I can with 20 round dbls DBL means duckbill less so it rock loads just like an AK
